These Terms of Service apply to your use of the "Project E31" website (the "site"), operated by Adnan Schiller. By visiting the site, you agree to these terms.

This site exists solely to present a private, non-commercial personal project — restoring a BMW E31 840ci alongside the eighth Nijmegen march — and to collect voluntary donations in support of that project. The site does not sell any goods or services and is not a commercial offering.

Any donation made through the linked channels (GoFundMe, PayPal, Revolut Pay) is voluntary and made without expectation of anything in return. Making a donation does not create a purchase, service, or any other contract with the site operator. Refunds, payment issues, or disputes about a specific transaction are governed by the terms of whichever payment provider you used (GoFundMe, PayPal, or Revolut).
4. Third-party services and links
This site links out to GoFundMe, PayPal, and Revolut. Those third-party services are governed entirely by their own terms of service and privacy policies. The site operator has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the content, availability, or data handling of these external services.
